My first baby has turned three,
Those few years have flown past,
The many ways he has changed me,
And life just seems to be going too fast.
We celebrated with a family pool party,
In true summer’s fashion,
Balloons, presents and bunting that was arty,
Because swimming is Buba’s summer passion.
It was an emotional day,
Watching my first turn another year old,
Running off without Mommy to play,
No long a baby in my arms to hold.
