This week I am really “feeling the love”, maybe it was our friend’s wedding we went to last weekend, or a night dancing with Mr P and rekindling our fire that has me all loved up but either way, this week’s playlist theme is all about the L-O-V-E.
Deanna Carter – Strawberry Wine
No one can pass up a good first love song. We all remember our first love, whether we want to or not. It’s usually our childhood crush, that at the time felt like would be our one and truly only. Oh how innocent we are at first!
Tim McGraw & Faith Hill – It’s Your Love
This song was the song Mr P and I had our first dance to, at our wedding. It will forever hold so many special memories in my heart. He sang the entire song to me while we danced. Talk about melt my heart.
Rascal Flatts – I Melt
Rascal Flatts is amazing for those good wholesome country love songs. This is just one of the many they have that I love so much. I saw them in concert a few years back in Seattle, they were absolutely amazing LIVE. Flying over my head and working the crowd. They are true entertainers.
Lady Antebellum – Just A Kiss
As always I have to give Lady Antebellum a mention, they are my favorite group. There isn’t a song they sing that I don’t love. I have downloaded all their songs. I almost said I have all their cds, how funny we don’t say that anymore.
Taylor Swift – Love Story
I know Taylor Swift sings pop too, but she will forever be my little country star! I love her music.
Big & Rich – Lost In This Moment
If you have never listened to Big & Rich before, definitely check them out on youtube. They are always on my favorites list.
Keith Urban – Somebody Like You
Ranked as the number one country song, on the billboards, of the 21st century. This awesome song spent forty weeks at the top! Definitely worth your time, such a great song and a great artist.
I hope you have enjoyed my new themed music to my ears! I am always changing things up and keeping you all on your toes. I hope you liked it!
Do you have a favorite LOVE song(s)? Doesn’t have to be country! Share yours in the comment below, I would love to hear them.
