I have been working hard on my resolution to stay feeling healthy and beautiful since I turned 30 years old. It’s been two years of up and downs on this challenge to eat better, and feel better. Last summer, I really raised my standards of my eating better to a 30 day no junk challenge with my mother. I have never felt healthier and better about myself after losing weight about 18 pounds worth. It was more about cleansing my body and eating right. Of course, I am human and the following Christmas and cold weather had me creeping back into old habits of bad food. I refuse to let all my hard work go to waste so I am back on my diet. I have signed up for a few 5k, 10k runs this year to help motivate me, nothing too far as I have a slightly bad knee. It always feels so good to finish a race. There has been a lot of talking about Nutra Pure Diet Drops too, I will be checking that out. A natural pure way to help break down unwanted body fat, yes please. On top of that eating healthy and exercising is always a great way to make you feel more beautiful about yourself.
You can also catch me sharing my new wardrobe style over on my instagram each week. After turning 30 and having two babies back to back, in the last year I have really focused on myself again. With that in mind, I was in need of a wardrobe makeover. My wardrobe at the time solely consisted of maternity wear or old clothes that were stretched out by both my baby bumps. Becoming a parent has hugely changed how I dress mostly for convenience, hard enough carry a toddler and a baby let alone in six inch heels. I settled on skinny jeans, baggy tshirts, statement necklaces, and flats or ankle boots depending on the weather. It quickly became my signature look.
Sometimes it’s nice to get that extra help though to feel more beautiful and healthy. Whether you have a love for massages that relax you, getting hair and makeup done for special occasion, it’s nice to get pampered. Being pampered always makes me feel better about myself all around. I especially love how mobile these treatments can be these days. Every town and city you look at has a mobile beauty business available. Being a very busy mother of two toddlers and working full-time from home, this is essential for me. Massages really help me not just feel relaxed but sleep better which makes me a happier person too. Health and beauty booking services like Livindigo are great for the busy working parents or anyone that just needs that extra help in finding the best place to treat themselves and leave feeling healthier and more beautiful. There is no shame in having a spring in your step after getting your hair and nails done especially when you may not get the chance very often.
Even though I love using mobile companies when I need a treat, I do love the feeling of going to new places and trying various things out for myself. Sometimes I just don’t know where to look for the next best place that’s why booking services are great. It’s nice to get out of the house and have some ‘me‘ time too. I actually come home feeling more motivated, energised and happy – it’s all in the magical potions they use, I swear.
