Milestones of him, her, them ~ living arrows 10/52

Last updated on November 16th, 2023 at 05:16 pm

Excitement spills out of you,

Grinning ear to ear,

Your laughter is the sweetest sound,

Intrigued by your reflection in the mirror,

Feeling the love,

From both of you,

A team we all shall appear!

Buba, you grow each day both in height and intellect, I am ever so proud of you for each milestone you hit. Your giggles fill my heart, your gentle side melts it. You are so unique. I am looking forward to seeing where your little path takes you. You are having trouble understanding your emotions but usually can keep them in check. Your inquisitive mind is always working, in overtime. Your energy is amazing, it never seems to falter. I love that the smallest things, bring a smile to your face. You are so very special, and it’s a pleasure watching you grow!

Missy Moo, you are the happiest baby I have ever known. Your laughter and smiles are a joy to wake up to. From the moment I wake you until I lay you down to bed, you are full of life, energy and most of all, happiness. Your love for Mommy and Daddy are of course evident but your love for your big brother is just as big. You are growing too fast for me, your baby-ness is slowly fading. You want to be independent and always striving to please. Learning from your big brother, you can do so many new things. Like feeding yourself, and drinking from a cup, these are just a few of those big girl things.

You both love to play games, so Mommy has to get creative. Your new favorite game is sitting together and rowing in your imaginary boat as we sing “Row, row, row, your boat!” Somehow you both decided, in your secret language that we all fall down. I guess we make our own nursery rhymes up, it’s ok, it’s our version. You both love to fall down together even though it scares Mommy but I am always on hand to catch you both if needed. I am here to help guide you both on your little paths. What an honor it is to watch you both together!

    • Thank you Jenni. They really are so much fun to be around at the moment. They are starting to gang up on mommy though I foresee more of it in the future.

    • Ahhh Amy that’s so sweet of you to say. I am very grateful, they are so much fun to watch grow together and individually. If money wasn’t an object I would have ten more babies!!! 😉

  1. Jenny, your babies are just beautiful and i so look forward to reading your updates on them each week. Siblings make the best of friends and your two clearly have a strong bond already which is so lovely to see. Vikki xxx #livingarrows

    • Thank you so much Vikki. That’s so sweet of you. I never thought anyone would read my blog on a regular basis. Glad you like it. Still so much to learn about it all. I love livingarrows reminds me to document them individually and together and see over the weeks how much they have grown together and in their own personalities. So much fun to watch.

    • They generally are really happy kids, well Missy Moo never stops smiling, Buba lately has turned a bit into a moody tot. lol Hopefully it’s just a mini phase. But on the plus side he is learning to say cheese and smiling for the camera instead of running and hiding. So it’s progress somewhere.

  2. Your little ones are so gorgeous together. They look like they are going to become best friends. It is great to document all their milestones. Mel #MagicMoments

    • Thanks Mel, I think so too. I love living arrows because it motivates me to document them each week. At the end of the year I am going to make an album of him, her, and them for each week of the year. Can’t wait to look over how much they have grown together.
