Swinging back into school and sports abs activities after school like we never left. Things are slowly opening up but I already feel the rush of everyday passing us and it’s only been two days. Hahaha I promised myself I wouldn’t fill our diaries up too fast like I used to. How does that always not working out 😂😂😂 The kids are loving back to friends and sports. Hubby is loving his golf life back too 😂😂😂 Now I just need to find my mojo to hit the gym and carve out some me time in all of this normal back to life chaos. 🤦‍♀️😆 Anyone else back to all their usual taxing the kids around? This one has been bouncing off the rooftops since she got home from school. She is so happy to be back with her friends and getting out of the house. It’s like she is a different child when she is able to do so. I feel her I feel like a normality is coming back just having had friends over in the garden all week. And catching up with those I haven’t seen forever. It’s good to get out. Did you get out to your local pub tonight or brave any shops??

Holidays are coming to an end...back to me and this little guy with one on one time. We are so excited as things open up to start baby/toddler classes again. Something we haven’t been able to do for a year and I just know he will love it. Hoping we can make some new friends along the way from them like I have done with the older two kids. I feel like we don’t have much time before he starts school to make up for lost time. It just goes too fast. He has changed so much and grown up so much lately. I find myself in awe of some of the things he says now. He is one cute, cool little dude. I know he will miss his siblings back in school so much tomorrow. Who else is back to school? Easter break is coming to an end. Last weekend bef

Easter break is coming to an end. Last weekend before we really get back to routines and things start opening up a bit more too. Roll on hair getting done and the gym being open next week too. So much to look forward too. I am feeling a lot better today thanks for everyone messages yesterday. Some days just get the better of me. But I am ready to soak up the next two days off and being as lazy as I can before the start of a new work/school/nursery week!!!!! Are you ready to get back to it??? #lifecloseup

I am having one of those funny days where nothing

I am having one of those funny days where nothing goes right, things keep falling out of order, my anxiety seems to be on high alert and I feel exhausted like I haven’t slept well this week but I have. Ugh...I need warmer weather and sunshine to come back and recharge my batteries. I need a week off work and anxious for things to open up next week. It’s funny how fast you can fall out of routine and hard to get back into one too. It’s been a funny old time for me and I am hoping I pull myself out of this funk ASAP cause it’s annoying. I need to find my mojo again...anyone else feeling this lately? #lifecloseup

#AD | We have shared our obsession with @tescofood “What Can I Make With Tool” before and we haven’t stopped using it. Just type any random three ingredients you have in the fridge or cupboard and see what delicious recipes the Tesco Recipe Website creates for you. It’s such a great way to not waste food and make new inspiring dishes for your family. We have loved every recipe we have tested out so far and learned a few things too along the way. Got a spare avocado or some pita bread you need to use up try this recipe below. The juicy Greek Salad Nachos we made this week is perfect for all these sunny days we are having right now and a perfect sharing platter for the whole family to dive into. The ingredients pair perfectly together with a zesty avocado cream on the side that is so flavourful and tasty I want to put it on everything now. Move over mayo!Recipe: Ingredients: 4 wholemeal pittas, cut into triangles 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 125g pitted Kalamata olives, roughly chopped ½ large cucumber, chopped 4 medium tomatoes, chopped 1 red onion, finely sliced 20g fresh mint, torn 50g reduced-fat feta, crumbled For the feta and avocado sauce 50g reduced-fat feta 1 avocado, halved, stoned and peeled 3 tbsp snipped chives ½ lemon, juiced.How to: Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200˚C, fan 180˚C. Spread the pitta triangles out on 2 large baking trays, drizzle with 2 tbsp of the oil and season with salt. Bake for 8-10 mins or until golden and crispy. Meanwhile, put the olives, cucumber, tomato, onion, mint and feta in a bowl. Add the remaining olive oil, season and gently toss to combine. To make the feta and avocado sauce, put all the ingredients and 125ml water in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. To serve, spread the pitta chips on a large plate. Top with the Greek salad mix and drizzle over the avocado sauce.
