I have been tagged by the lovely Anna-Marie over at Mummy Hearts You for a continuous tag to get to know other bloggers. I have tagged a few more bloggers at the end of this post, to get to know more of you so I hope you will join in!
1. Are you a Stay at Home Mum, or a Working Mum?
I am a stay at home mom. At first, it was just for the year and I would go back to work but then I wanted another baby so I think when my kids start school, I will return.
2. Would you have it any other way?
No, somedays are hard with two young ones, but the positives far out weigh the negatives.
3. Do you co-sleep?
No. We have never brought either of our children into our bed. I have been tempted a few times, but resisted. It’s my place with Mr. P., maybe when they are older and want to come snuggle in the morning, I daresay they might try but my bed is four feet off the ground and six feet wide. Happy trying children! lol
4. What is your one must-have item for your baby?
I have to agree with the majority of moms, baby wipes for sure!
5. How many kids do you plan on having?
We are done, with two. Although I would have a bunch more if Mr. P. would let me. 😉 I have always wanted a big family, but financially with travelling to America, it is not feasible.
6. Date nights? How many do you have per month?
We try to get out once a month for date night, but we do many date nights in, whether that be snuggling up with a movie, or a nice dinner after the kids go to bed. I think it’s important at least once a week, stop and focus 100% on each other. We all are so busy and wrapped up in our routines.
7. Your child’s favourite show?
Buba’s all time favorite is Curious George, I have to say it’s mine too. Next comes Mickey Mouse, Sofia The First,  and Doc McStuffin. Yes, in that particular order too. 😉
8. Name one thing you bought before you had the baby and never ended up using?
I could be here all day, the main one was a blow up baby bath! Thought it would be softer than the hard ones you see out for a newborn, and easy to use. It never got taken out of the box.
9. Your child’s favourite food?
Missy Moo’s favorite is peas! Buba’s is broccoli. I have two big green eaters here!
10. How many cars does your family have?
Two.
11. Weight gain, before pregnancy, during, after and now?
Oh dear! With Buba, I started out 112 lbs, Â I gained 42 lbs, and lost it. With Missy Moo I was a lot more aware of what I was eating, and only gained 25 lbs, half of what I did with my first, thankfully. It was harder to lose the second time, if you would believe. I think because I was pregnant back to back, I may have lost the weight the first time, but not toned up and healed all the way before I was pregnant again. I would love to be 110 lbs but not quite there yet.
12. Dream holiday with your kids?
Any holiday with my kiddies is a dream holiday, all I ask  is it to be warm.
13. Dream holiday without your kids?
Cancun, Mexico, back to where I met Mr. P. and fell in love.
14. How has your life changed since having kids?
I think the easier question would be how has it not changed, I still get dressed, I still shower, I still eat, I still breathe; wait I don’t even get those things very often anymore, so basically I still breathe the only thing that hasn’t changed. The biggest change is having to put two other people  first before anything and everything else, every second of everyday.
16. Where do you shop for your kids?
I love a good bargain, and I am partial to Ralph Lauren, so I cheat and buy at the outlets in America then have my mother send them over so I never spend more than I would at somewhere like Next, which I do have a soft spot for too!
17. Favourite make-up and skincare products?
I am horrible, I will admit I never use skincare products on my face. I hardly wash my makeup off. I know scream now, my head is held is shame. I think it’s because I don’t know enough about skincare. I buy most of my makeup from MAC because I know it doesn’t make my skin feel bad or break out and have been brand loyal since I was 18!
18. Huggies or Pampers?
I used Huggies for Buba until they recently took them off the market and only have Pull Ups now. I use Pampers for both of mine unless Tesco Loves are on sale, I do grab them from time to time.
19. Have you always wanted kids?
I have always wanted them, but I used to think I would never get married, therefore never have them. But when I met Mr. P. I knew he would be an amazing father, and now after two, I am wanting more.
20. Best part of being a mum?
The love my children have for me, for each other, and for their dad. It’s inspiringly strong! Nothing can beat that bond!

Lovely! I enjoyed reading this its nice to get an insight in to other bloggers!
Thank you, you mean you don’t want to stop following me after? hahaha
Nice post, it is always nice to find out a bit more about bloggers you read regularly. I agree 100% with the baby wipes being a must-have. Can you imagine not having them and having to spit on a handkerchief like our mums used to do (maybe yours didn’t… mine certainly did!). Funny thing, we were talking about a colleague’s really nice complexion over lunch today and she said she had been using MAC for years. I thought it might be an idea to get their concealer (oh those bags under my eyes…). This second mention in one day must be a sign, will get some tomorrow! X Mel
I used to struggle with sensitive skin and break outs it’s the only brand that doesn’t bother me. Been using it for years. I love all the eyeshadow colors too. Thanks I am glad you like. I always worried when I first started out that no one would ever read my blog. 😉
Same here, I am a complete newbie as I really started blogging in January (and I seem to be on slow motion compared to everyone else with only one or two posts each week). I thought my family and friends would be the only ones reading, Turns out they do not seem to be looking at the blog and I am starting to have a little network of “cyber friends”. It is lovely! x Mel
