Cook beef with onions, drain grease afterwards

Boil potatoes until slightly soft, don't over boil

Add corn, peas, cooked beef & onions to drained potatoes in large pot, set aside

In large skillet, melt your butter

Slowly add your flour and stir constantly

Butter and flour will make a dough like mixture

Slowly add your milk in and stir completely before adding more

After all milk has been added to butter and flour mixture, keep stirring until thick

Add white roux sauce over your peas, corn, beef and potatoes in large pot and heat together

Salt and pepper to taste

Serve with crusty bread or crackers
