Rustic Chicken Casserole
a quick and easy, rustic family chicken casserole

bag Iceland frozen Potato Wedges

package Iceland frozen Chicken Thighs

bag Iceland frozen Mixed Vegetables

bag Iceland frozen Cut Peppers

can Chopped tomatoes in tomato sauce

sachet rustic chicken spice

salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius

Pour entire can of chopped tomatoes in bottom of large casserole dish

Layer potato wedges on top of tomatoes

Place vegetables and peppers on next layer

Stir ingredients in casserole dish until coated with tomato sauce

In large clear bag shake chicken thighs and rustic spices until chicken is coated

Add chicken thighs on top of casserole layers

Cover with foil
-
Bake for 35-40 minutes until chicken is golden brown
Serve with salad and garlic bread
