Pumpkin Fudge

a sweet, soft chewy fudge with a burst of pumpkin flavor

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 10 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff
  • chocolate sprinkles


  1. Foil a 9 inch casserole dish
  2. In a large pan, heat together sugar, butter, evaporated milk, corn syrup, pumpkin, pumpkin spice on medium heat
  3. Stir constantly until it comes to a rolling boil
  4. Use a thermometer and heat and stir until 235 F degrees just over 10 minutes
  5. Remove pan from heat and stir in white chocolate chips
  6. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla, mix well
  7. Quickly pour into your dish and smooth out with a spatula
  8. Immediately add your chocolate sprinkles on top before it hardens
  9. Let stand for 2-3 hours or completely cool
  10. Cut into squares and serve

Recipe Notes

Add walnuts or pecans for a nutty texture and taste
