Sausage & Spinach Pasta
a creamy and spicy pasta dish

Butchers Choice Cumberland sausages
casings removed

diced onion

large garlic cloves
chopped

spinach

chopped Independent plum tomatoes

cup
whipping cream

1/4
cup
slivered fresh basil leaves

Shaved or grated parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions

In a large pot over medium heat, cook sausage, onion, and garlic

Stirring frequently, until sausage starts to brown
-
Add spinach and tomatoes and cook, cover, until spinach wilts

Stir in cream
-
Add cooked pasta to a shallow bowl and top with sausage & spinach sauce

Sprinkle parmesan cheese and basil on top to serve
Serve with warm crusty bread and butter
