Coconut Greek Yogurt with Pomegranate Seeds

Greek Yogurt

chia seeds

grated coconut

cinnamon

large scoop of Pomegranate seeds

tbsp
of oats
optional

In a small bowl layer oats on the bottom (optional)

Pour Greek yogurt on top on oats (do not stir)

Top with chia seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and pomegranate seeds

Let set in fridge for 20 mins if using oats to soften them, if not, it's ready to serve
I like this served cold in summer or served warm on cold winter nights.
