Valentine's Day Marshmallow Pops

  • 12 Large Marshmallows
  • 12 pink plastic sticks
  • One container of assorted Valentine's Day sprinkles
  • 1 bag of white chocolate Candy Melts


  1. Place sticks inside one end of marshmallows
  2. Have parchment paper laid down to dry dipped marshmallows on
  3. In a small bowl, melt candy melts in microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth
  4. Dip top down into the melted white chocolate until marshmallow is covered
  5. Quickly hold over separate plate and sprinkle on your choice of sprinkles before it dries
  6. Lay covered marshmallow pops down to dry on parchment paper, lifting every few minutes so it doesn't harden with a pool of chocolate under it.
  7. Repeat until all marshmallows are dipped and covered in sprinkles.
  8. They dry quickly and ready to eat or display in minutes

Recipe Notes

So easy the kids can do it themselves - just help with the melting of the chocolate as it could be very hot.
