Berry Chocolate Pancakes

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups semi-skin milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted


  1. Preheat non-stick griddle to 350 degrees F

  2. In small bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

  3. In separate medium bowl, mix milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter

  4. While whisking, slowly add dry ingredients, mix well

  5. Pour batter onto griddle to the size of pancakes you want

  6. Flip when bubbles start to form all over

  7. Stack pancakes together

  8. Use a cream cheese glaze or a strawberry syrup to to

  9. Add raspberries, strawberries and chocolate chips on top to serve
