Peppermint White Chocolate Fudge

  • 3/4 cup butter, salted
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 15 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tsp American peppermint extract


  1. Bring to a boil, sugar, butter and evaporated milk in medium sauce pan.

  2. Boil for 3 minutes, stir constantly.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Add white chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff and stir until melted.

  5. Add vanilla and peppermint extracts.

  6. Pour onto parchment paper into a deep sided cookie sheet or casserole dish.

  7. Let cool and place in fridge to set.

  8. Cut into squares and box up for great food gifts.
