white chocolate and peppermint fudge for Christmas
Bring to a boil, sugar, butter and evaporated milk in medium sauce pan.
Boil for 3 minutes, stir constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add white chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff and stir until melted.
Add vanilla and peppermint extracts.
Pour onto parchment paper into a deep sided cookie sheet or casserole dish.
Let cool and place in fridge to set.
Cut into squares and box up for great food gifts.
