Ingredients

  • 375 g Wilton Candy Melts WHITE
  • 125 g Wilton Candy Melts BLUE
  • 125 g Wilton Candy Melts RED
  • 3 cookies Oreos, crushed
  • 40 g Red, White and Blue Sprinkles with Stars

Instructions

  1. Line a deep cookie sheet with parchment paper

  2. Pour each color of melts into their own plastic measuring jug, three jugs in total. (You can use a double broiler pot to melt your candy melts too).

  3. Place your plastic jugs in microwave and set to five minutes, STOP each minute and give it a good stir with your spatula until all candy melts are fully melted, for each color .

  4. Pour white melted candy melts into the lined pan and spread evenly with a spatula.

  5. Using the red and blue melted candy melts, make long lines up and down of each color, then use a butter knife or handle of a spoon to swirl in figure 8s into the red and blue to mix colors slightly but not fully. (see video).

  6. Sprinkle on to any sprinkles of red, blue and white you may have. We used some m&ms, stars, and round sprinkles.

  7. Crush your Oreos in a small bag and add a handful on top.(You may need to slightly press down on Oreo pieces to ensure they stick).

  8. Place cookie pan in the fridge for a few hours so the chocolate bark hardens.

  9. Once set, use a knife and push the tip into the harden bark and it will crack into pieces.

  10. Store in the fridge, eat within a few days.
