Meatball Pizza
meatball pizza inspired by the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2
Servings 4
Ingredients
- 1 Sainsbury's garlic pizza bread
- 20 Sainsbury's mini meatballs
- 1 red onion
- 1 large tomato
- 1 mini jar pizza tomato sauce
- 1 small package Sainsbury's grated mozzarella cheese
- rocket salad to serve
Instructions

Bake meatballs on 200 degrees C for 5 minutes on foiled cookie sheet

Spoon pizza tomato sauce in the middle of garlic Pizza bread

Sprinkle one layer of grated mozzarella cheese

Slice tomatoes very thin and spread on top of cheese

Slice red onion very thin layers and pull apart sprinkle on top

Cut meatballs in half and place on top of toppings

Sprinkle a thin layer of grated mozzarella cheese on top

Bake for 10 minutes on 200 degrees C or until cheese is melted

Serve with rocket or spinach salad or red chilli flakes for a spicy kick
