WOW I can’t believe it’s week 40 already! Where has 2014 gone? I feel like it started busy and has never slowed down. I think a week off, doing absolutely nothing is in order! lol I am here sharing with you the little things I love this week along with the beautiful Butwhymummywhy and her #littleloves gang.

I have been missing the #GBBO but I scooped this up at Tesco the other day and have had my nose stuck in it ever since. I am a sucker for a cookbook, especially peering over all those beautiful food & drink photos.
Watched
I have been watching Scandal. It is so juicy, there are so many twists and turns. It’s no wonder its a great show with Shonda Rhimes behind it the same creator of Grey’s Anatomy. Two fantastic shows. And speaking of Grey’s it starts soon. Can’t wait!
Heard
I absolutely love Phillip Phillips music. It’s the kind of music I love listening to when I am traveling. Not sure why but I think it just has great rhyme to it. This is a great song.
Wore
I am loving my new River Island slippers. There is nothing greater than Fall arriving, the cool breeze settling in and the need for warm, fuzzy things on my feet.
Made
If you follow my blog you will know I love food styling and food photography. As of late, I have even got into drink photography too. Here is one of my favorite cocktails, Fizzy Lemon Cocktail, I made up only because I didn’t have the ingredients I needed at the time.
And lastly…
I am almost done with my living room revamp. It is taking awhile to get the last few bits delivered and put up. I can’t wait to show you all what I have done. It’s now a better space for the kids and gives them their own place to play, be creative and have fun whereas our last one didn’t. A home is about evolving for the needs of it’s inhabitants so that is what I am doing.

Your photos of the cocktails look so professional Jenny! Very impressive. I love cookbooks but try to avoid ones like that about baking because I would only go and make something from it and then have to eat it of course!! Have a great weekend honey 🙂 xx

I am definitely in love with your slippers, they are gorgeous and just perfect for the chilly months! I’m a huge Grey’s fan and have just started watching Scandal so I’m miles behind everyone else but, you are right, it is an equally addictive show. I bet that cookbook is really good. I watch GBBO on and off but I think the fact “normal” people are able to follow the recipes on the show means they must be good for us to make at home too.
