Welcome to the Special Edition, end of the year, Share With Me blog hop!
We are coming to the end of 2015 and 50 amazing week’s of Share With Me, I can’t believe I am typing that. This year has held so many changes for Let’s Talk Mommy as it has for our family and the kids growing up. I have enjoyed every minute of sharing our lives with you and am forever grateful you stop by to link up each week or just have a read. Your support this year has meant the world to me.
This will be the LAST Share With Me blog hop for 2015 as we are away in Ireland with limited access to wifi and I want to focus on the kids as much as possible while we are there. Don’t worry you will still find me on Instagram. You can link up to FOUR BLOG POST this week. I do this at the end of each year so you can choose your favorite 4 blog posts over the past year that you have loved writing and share them again here.
