The beauty of parfaits are that you can eat them for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I like nothing more than a nice parfait after a hot day at the beach or in the back garden for a lighter dinner option. It’s sweet, crunchy and refreshing too. Who doesn’t like a good apple recipe?
We have teamed up with JAZZ Apples to make the best Apple Parfait yet and join in their amazing new FREE downloadable recipe book which you need to click and try them all. You won’t be disappointed on the recipe options or the JAZZ apple taste!
JAZZ Apples are sweet, crisp, and most importantly delicious. I like that they are juicy. You need a juicy apple for a good parfait so it’s not too dry. Pair it with my layers of granola and pinches of sweetness, you got yourself a dish to try!
JAZZ Apple Parfaits
cinnamon swirling amongst crunch and sweetness
- 1 cup oragnic granola any brand
- 2 Tbsp manuka Honey 10+
- 1 JAZZ Apple, cubed
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 cups organic coconut yogurt
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
In a glass dish, scoop 1 cup plain organic coconut yogurt into the bottom.
Add half of your JAZZ Apple and then layer 1/2 cup granola on top.
Add 1/4 cup of raisins then drizzle 1 Tbsp of honey over top.
In separate dish, mix your cinnamon and 1 cup of coconut yogurt together before pouring on top layer.
Add the rest of your JAZZ Apple and remaining raisins, granola and honey on top.
My kids love these and call them “cereal ice cream bowls”. These are quite large so if you prefer smaller for a snack or side dish try sharing one or splitting them into smaller glass dishes. We used normal ice cream serving glass dishes.
If you like overnight oats, leave these covered in the fridge overnight and the granola soaks into the yogurt and becomes soft to eat. You can eat it hot or cold like oatmeal in the morning.
There are so many options to making parfaits. You can just about add any fruit and any seed or nut to them too. The amount of flavors of just yogurt you could use, makes this recipe forever changing too.
