Looking back on last month I really don’t know how we fit it all in. The months between October and December are always a blur of hustling weeks and busy weekends full of holiday preparations from Halloween to Thanksgiving to Christmas and New Year. This year, it’s got even busier with finding out we are having a baby boy and mine and my husband’s birthday in the holiday mix too. We are always running a million errands for the kids at this time of year too for school plays, Christmas fairs, Halloween parties, birthday parties and more. Come January, I am looking forward to the rest, relaxation and getting back to reading at night instead of working deadlines galore.
Either way, we love the holidays and all the merry cheer it brings. But we also love our down time at home with just the family. You can catch up dancing in the kitchen waiting for dinner to be ready, skipping in the park to feed the ducks, riding our bikes to the playground and all those little every day moments that we forget but hold dear in our hearts.
I am so glad I have got in the habit now of taking random video clips throughout the month to create these home videos. Ones I will cherish for years to come and look back on and be grateful I can relive our little moments not just in my heart but see it all again.
I have always taken a lot of photos on a daily basis for whatever we are up to or doing. Usually it’s my two hugging or cuddling on the couch watching a movie or playing a game together and I want to remember how they are with each other, every step of the way. Sometimes I worry I won’t remember their little voices or their little mannerisms as they grow and this is the perfect way to remind me through photos and videos.
With our everyday video clips, come these everyday photos. Below are some of our daily adventures some small and some big but all worth remembering and sharing.

Mostly we have enjoyed the few minutes in between all the rush cuddling and watching Christmas movies.
